Head of Strategy and Business Development
Candice fulfils the role of Progression's Strategy and Business Development Manager, a position which sees her facilitate long-term strategic partnerships with employers, communities and other parties whose interests lie in the transformation arena. Candice holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and recently completed a one year course in Strategy Design & Implementation with the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
Concurrent to her role at Progression, Candice is also a director at Foundation of School Leadership and Management, an NGO which specialises in equipping teachers in rural communities to empower children to grow into capable young leaders.
Candice has over 5 years' experience in managing transformation driven solutions and believes in a holistic approach, incorporating elements of Skills Development, Disability Equity, Enterprise and Supplier Development and Socio-Economic Development.
Candice is passionate about transformation and empowerment solutions which follow Best Practice and speak to industry needs, all whilst making business sense.
