This qualification serves as the entry qualification into Contact Centre operations and management. Contact Centres have become key business tools and is a high growth industry which is constantly in need of skilled people. There are a variety of roles in different industries that can be chosen career paths for candidates with a Contact Centre qualification. The programme is currently available in Gauteng. This is an accredited programme which will allow organisations to score under Category B or C of the Learning Programme Matrix.
