Talent Sourcing Manager
Farhana manages the Recruitment Department at Progression. Her role as Talent Sourcing Manager, requires her to ensure that we attract quality candidates onsite and offsite and match them according to our clients' needs. Farhana advises both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression. In addition, she reviews recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness and fairness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
Farhana has over 6 year's experience in the recruitment industry, previously working as a Junior Consultant, Senior Consultant, Team leader and subsequently an Operations Manager. Farhana is the proud holder of a National Diploma in Biomedical Technology and is currently studying towards her degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
Farhana is passionate about transformation and enjoys working with people, especially working with people who have disabilities. This gives her a greater sense of satisfaction and reward, knowing that we add value to candidates' lives by offering them life-changing opportunities.
