New Business Development
Melanie currently works as part of Progression's Business Development team. Her role as Business Development Consultant requires her to guide and manage projects with employers who are implementing either Skills Development, Disability or Recruitment initiatives within their organsiation. .
Previously Melanie headed up Progression's Recruitment Department and she has over 15 years’ working experience in the Human Capital landscape, working on a number of recruitment projects including executive recruitment, recruitment of persons with disabilities as well as facilitation and preparation of candidates and employers. She holds a Diploma in Personnel Management as well as Certificates in Marketing and Public Relations.
Melanie believes that successful initiatives lie in managing the expectations of both the employer and employee, throughout the process. She is passionate about Skills Development and Transformation and believes that diverse teams are important in adding value to any business.
