Upon completion of this programme, the learner will be able to interpret current affairs and their influence on insurance, understand the nature and scope of short-term insurance, apply knowledge of legislation, ethics and compliance in a short-term insurance environment as well as apply skills of consumer care to build a professional relationship with clients. It is intended to empower learners to acquire knowledge, skills, attitudes and values required to operate ethically and responsibly in the highly regulated Financial Services environment and to respond to the challenges posed by the changing nature of the Financial Services Industry. This Programme is currently available in Gauteng and Kwazulu Natal. This is an accredited programme which will allow organisations to score under Category B or C of the Learning Programme Matrix.
