About this Qualification
This is as an entry-level qualification and is intended to empower individuals to acquire the knowledge and skills required to operate confidently in the IT environment.
It introduces the theoretical concepts of End User Computing, in order to develop a range of skills that will enable learners to be better-informed workers in their chosen industry. It provides a balanced learning experience that lays the foundation for access to further education, lifelong learning and productive employment.
How it works
- Apply by completing the online application form (click on APPLY NOW at the bottom of the page).
- If you meet the entry level requirements and your application is approved, you will receive an invoice for the first module (the qualification is charged per module).
- Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive your student number and login details for the learning platform, as well as a user guide with all the information you need to get started and access the course content.
- All assignments and assessments are submitted online.
- After successfully completing a module, you move onto the next module and continue until all modules have been completed.
- All students have access to our online support team for the duration of their studies.
