Assessment Centre Manager
Zarina, a founding member of Progression, currently fulfils the role of Assessment Centre Manager, a position which requires her to manage the Assessment Centre team who is responsible for coordinating disability related training and initiatives in line with client briefs.
Zarina has had numerous roles at Progression within the Training and Development, Recruitment and Skills Development Consulting landscapes. Prior to Progression, Zarina worked in Recruitment, Process Consulting and Employee Benefits Consulting and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Private Law and Business Management. She currently sits on Progression’s Strategic Team.
Zarina has over 15 years’ experience in the Skills Development and Training arena and has developed important expertise which is critical for Progression to successfully implement its products and services for its clients. She is passionate about education and skills development as tools to uplift and empower individuals and communities in order to realise their full potential.
Zarina has worked on a number of projects which focus on social upliftment including a volunteer project in Nepal for an organisation that works to empower marginalised communities through various education, health, income generation and basic infrastructure programmes. She continues to volunteer for a number of other organisations in South Africa that deal with various issues ranging from orphans, AIDS, and outreach to the homeless.
