About this Qualification

The qualification provides an undergraduate entry into the field of networking/systems support, earning credits towards tertiary offerings in the fields of Computer Studies or Computer Science. A qualifying learner at this level will be a well-rounded IT professional building on foundational technical skills acquired at NQF level 4, via the National Certificate in IT Technical Support or equivalent.

How it works

  • If you meet the entry level requirements and your application is approved, you will receive an invoice for the first module (the qualification is charged per module).
  • Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive your student number and login details for the learning platform, as well as a user guide with all the information you need to get started and access the course content.
  • All assignments and assessments are submitted online.
  • After successfully completing a module, you move onto the next module and continue until all modules have been completed.
  • All students have access to our online support team for the duration of their studies.
