- Common mental health conditions – depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.
- Delving into stigmas and stereotypes – myths vs. facts about these conditions
- Appropriate terminology – language to avoid stigma (e.g. person-first language)
- Reasonable accommodations – examples of workplace adjustments for mental health disabilities – navigating requests for accommodations under the law.
- Building inclusive workspaces – creating environments that are supportive of mental health needs – accessible resources and policies that encourage openness
