Our Skills Development Initiatives allow for maximum B-BBEE gain, are aligned to the strategic objectives of the organisation and speak to the true meaning of Transformation

A learnership is an accredited training programme that runs for a minimum of 12 months and ends in the learner achieving a qualification after the completion of the programme.

Assists an organisation in understanding what skills and knowledge it already has. This knowledge will assist organisations and identifying skills gaps.

Workplace Skills Plans (WSP), which are accompanied by an organisation’s Annual Training Report (ATR), are well researched and reasoned plans for developing the skills needed within an organisation.

Skills Development Facilitation involves analysis of skills requirements within an organisation and coordinating the submission, maintenance and updating of the organisational skills development plans and reports to the relevant SETAs.

The mentorship programme is encouraged during the skills development process in order to provide the necessary support and guidance to the learner throughout the process. The programme is designed to prepare both parties towards a mutually beneficial and rewarding mentoring experience.
